Why should I register on your site?
Registering on our website will pre-populate your personal information when you check out. It will also allow us to keep you informed of any specials or sales running on our website. Also, if you lose your gift certificate info and you've already registered on our website, our system will have stored your information, including your gift certificate balance, allowing you to shop on our website without the physical certificate or gift card!

Do I need a PayPal® account to shop here?
No! Our website will process your credit card payment through our secured/encrypted credit card processing system or PayPal.

What do I do if I've lost my gift card?
If you've registered your gift card/gift certificate on our website, then we have stored your gift card number and balance in our systems.

What do your stock statuses mean?
In Stock
Order this item now! This item is currently in stock in our warehouse. If you order it today, we will send you an Order Confirmation e-mail. We will then verify that the item is actually in stock and if so, we will update your account status, charge your credit card, and process your order. Note: Because multiple clients might order the same item at the same time, it is possible that an item shown as “In Stock” might sell out from the moment you order to the time we confirm its presence in our warehouse. Should this occur we will notify you.

You may order this item now, we encourage you to do so, to lock in your price.  If the price increases, you are locked in at this price.  It is currently "ship as soon as possible" status from our supplier. 

Out of Stock, Discontinued
We have many products that come from the artisan, manufacturer or printers on a direct basis.  We depend on them to notify us if an item is "LOW" on inventory.  At that point we publish it on the item information.  In some situaions we do not know until the item is back-ordered or unavailable.  If the supplier has no idea when the item will be available we will mark is as out of stock.  If an item is out of stock for 6 weeks we classify it as discontinued.

Preparing to Ship
The order has been transmitted to the warehouse that will fill your order.  At this point the order can not be cancelled.  To maintain our low prices we ship from warehouses across the country and some items are direct shipped from the manufacturer.

Can I send the order as a gift?
Yes. An order can be sent to a gift address other than the billing address.  Please just leave us a note "Gift - No Pricing Info" n the comments section along with any special instructions.

What is your guarentee?

If an item, for any reason, does not meet your expectations, just return it to us.  We will gladly either:

Refund your merchandise amount
Credit your account
Send a replacement

Send CONTACT US message to Customer Service. Please include your order number and reason for return, and we'll reply with instructions for your return.

What is your Holiday Return Policy?

Please note, holiday merchandise is subject to the following return policy: All Halloween merchandise must be returned by 11/10/10; all Christmas merchandise must be returned by 1/15/11; or 30 days from the date of purchase (whichever occurs later). Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled and are not returnable. Food items are not returnable. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.  Used items will not be refunded.
